It was another warm Louisiana summer day, but the Baton Rouge Renaissance Hotel brought The Boudreaux’s a beautiful wedding day. The place was beautifully decorated like the couple dreamed of being. It was impeccably clean, showed a great maintenance of safety in compliance with the COVID control measures. After the ceremony, the room was opened up to form a large reception venue. It was festive and fun, everybody had a great time. The staff are also very accommodating and friendly, and the bartender graciously offered me several waters while I was staying busy snapping the night away! Keep reading for some of my favorite moments.
Men’s details and bonding are some of my favorite moments to photograph, and the suite at the Baton Rouge Renaissance Hotel definitely provided a great backdrop with tons of beautiful natural light.
This has got to be my favorite image from the entire day. This special mother-daughter moment absolutely captured my heart. I’m not crying, you’re crying.
(The magical spot where my thirst stayed quenched all night long. Thank you, unsung hero. The Baton Rouge Renaissance Hotel definitely hired a winner!)
Indeed, the now Boudreaux’s (and me, too! Lol) had the time of their lives – having to celebrate their unity. Together with their children, their love showed and the happiness of their union.
The newly married couple have been together for 3 years already, and they could not be happier to be finally married. Building their lives, traveling more, and supporting their kids are their lifelong goals. There is no doubt that they will have a successful marriage with their smiles and sincere words for each other. You can see right through them the love and commitment, and the joy of just being with each other. It was an honor to photograph and be a part of their big day.
